5:30A Class WOD Snatch 1-1-1-1-1-1 ,then Back Squat 3-3-3 with last set being a max effort. My weights were 135,155,175, 200F, 200F, 185PR and 225, 275, 315. I've been going light on my lifts and working form, and I know it has helped my overall strength. My squat is really deep now and my range of motion improving in all areas with no joint pain.
Thanks to Karl Steadman (Owner CF3D) and the trainer of my class "Josh" for allowing me to workout at his awesome box while in Manchester, U.K. this past week.
