Day 11 - Michael's 365 Challenge

PJ attended the 5:30 AM class and completed 5 rounds of 10 reps each of the following in 23:57.

10 Hand Stand Push Ups (HSPU) Progression
10 Squat Cleans (45# Dumbell/ 95# Barbell
10 Ring Pull-ups
10 Knees To Elbow (KTE)
