Day 9 - Michael's 365 Challenge

PJ attended the 5:30 AM class and completed 1 rep max of Squat, Military Press, and Dead Lift for a total weight of 995 pounds!

  1. Hey Brother, your not in the College weight room at GT... slow down, lower weight & more Reps.. your crazy! Your as strong as a Bull, but I don't agree with heavy lifts until you've had 8- 10 weeks of training... but what do I know.. Oh that's right - I had back surgery from a ruptured disc. RL
