Day 22 - Michael's 365 Challenge
Happy Memorial Day :) PJ worked out at 7:00 AM, and after the warm-up, completed 5 sets of 3 reps Dead Lift with 365lb.s, then completed 21-15-9 reps for time of each of the following exercises: handstand push-ups (modified), ring dips (modified), and push-ups (modified) I'm still a baby, so I have to use progressions. My time was 12:36.
