5:30 AM Class - Warm-up: 500M Row, 20 Arm Circles, 20 Dislocates, 20 Overhead Squats, 20 Handstand Push-ups, 20 Pull-ups. 20 Ring Dips, 20 Sit-ups Skill: 5-5-5-5 Front Squats 135# WOD: 5 Rounds For Time - 50' Lunges 45# plate and 21 Burpees! This was so hard, they guy next to me (Adam) puked! but still finished.
