Day 34 - Michael's 365 Challenge
9:30 AM worked out -"Fight Gone Bad" Box Jumps, 75# Push Press, Row, 20# Wall Balls, 75# Sumo Deadlift High Pulls. Do each exercise for one minute, and then move to the next exercise continuously until you have completed one minutes worth of reps of each exercise, after finishing one round of each exercise, rest one minute. Do 3 rounds and post total number of reps. I complete 272 total reps.
