Day 39 - Michael's 365 Challenge

5:30 AM WOD Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5 reps and max Dips in between sets. Record weights and max number of dip reps. 315lbs/20 reps, 365lbs/20 reps, 365lbs/17 reps, 365lbs/17 reps, 385lbs/16 reps.
