Day 111 - Michael's 365 Challenge


8:30AM Class WOD: Three rounds 2 min. 135# power clean, push press, back squat, jerk x 5, then run 120 meter sprint. Rest 2 min between rounds. Then Chopped up a tree with an axe. The trees are disappearing from my yard. Then took Laura & Madeline Kayaking. Then walked 10 miles!
