Day 120 - Michael's 365 Challenge


7:00 AM Class WOD: 10 rounds 2 speed reps squats with 275 lbs, then 4 rounds of max reps of 225 lb bench press and max pull-ups, then 15 reps of medball sit-ups. Happy Labor Day.
