Day 190 of Michael's 365 Day Challenge

5:30 AM WOD: Three rounds for time of: 30 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood, 25 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball, 20 Pull-ups, Then walked 2 miles, then ran 4 miles, than walked 1 mile.
