Day 160 of Michael's 365 Day Challenge

8:00 AM: Ran the Peachtree City Classic 5 K Run and not only ran the entire way, I dropped 11 minutes off of last years run/walk time, posting a 28:39 time. Then I went and did a CrossFit WOD of 2 rounds of as many reps in 60 seconds of 2 pood (73#) kettkebell swings, then 95# Bear Barebell Complex (clean, thruster, and back squat), then pull-ups, then 95# Sumo Deadlift High Pulls! Crazy fun!
