9:30 AM Class. Challenge WOD; Frank, Mark, Lynn, and I were crushed by Jen, Khara, Anne, and Vickie 1006 total reps to 1129 total reps respectively. They beat us by 123 reps!
WOD: Complete six rounds and record team total reps each round, total reps win. Team A run 200M and complete ladder agility work, while Team B members do any of three exercises - 20# Wall Balls, 45# Thrusters, or 24" Box jumps. When Team A finishes, the round is over and Team B records their total reps, they switch and Team A does the exercises while Team B runs.
