5:30 AM Class. WOD was awesome! Mark, Dave, Adam, and I set the pace for the day.

2 Muscle-ups (I did 4 MU progressions)
4 Handstand Push-ups ( I did full range with self spotting bands)
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings (No Problem, the heavier the better)
