5:30 AM Class was awesome today. Mark, Aaron, and Sydney, knocked it out and then Vickie, Robbie, and I tried to catch Aaron's time, but to no avail.

185 pound Front squat, 3 reps
7 L-pull-ups (I kipped my L, but still was better than your average bear)
