9:30 AM Class. Team WOD: as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 15:00 of 95# barbell - 3 x Clean, 5 x Push Press, 7 x Squat, then Fireman Carry with partner 200M. Mark and I completed 4-1/2 rounds. Later that evening, I did my first 1/2 marathon distance in 3 hours 22 minutes 18 seconds!
