Run 400 meters,
30 Box jump, 24 inch box,
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball My time was 31:28! I don't run as fast or box jump as well as the other CrossFitter's, but I did go 5 rounds of 30 unbroken reps on the wall balls.
