OK, I couldn't stand it, not CrossFitting, because of some little Kidney stone. I did do a little 15 minute WOD (CF Games Week 2 WOD) AMRAP in 15 min of 155# Deadlift x 9, Strict (hands off the ground) Push-ups x 12, and 15 x 24" Box Jumps. I completed 7 rounds plus 3 dead lift = 255 total reps.
