5:30A Class. WOD: weighted pull-ups 10 sets of 1 rep, then 10 sets of 1 rep Snatch. My weights were 60 pounds over my body weight on Pull-ups, weak I know. 170 pound Snatch, not bad but not strong. Form needs to improve a ton.
