9:30 AM Class WOD: "Base Line" Row 500M, 40 Squats, 30 Sit-ups, 20 Push-ups, 10 Pull-ups for time. My time was 4:39. Then played 3 rounds of dodge ball, with KB Swings, Thrusters, Burpees, GHD Sit-ups, and 200M Run depending on what color ball you got hit with. Ended the WOD with 40 GHD Sit-ups. Thanks to my buddy Mason Stillwell, who came out to CrossFit with me and did great! Good job Mason.
4:45 PM I ran 4 miles in my neighborhood. I didn't keep the time, but it was about 40-45 minutes.
