Yesterday we did the 9:30a Class WOD: 1mile Run (2K Row scale), 2 "L" sits -15 sec each, 3 forward rolls, 4 wall climbs, 5 OH Squats #95 (135# Scale Up), 6 Box Jumps 30" (Scale Step-ups), 7 Power Cleans 95# (225# Scale Up), 8 Toes to bar, 9 Pull-ups, 10 Wall balls 20#, 11 Grasshoppers, and 12 Walking Lunges 45# plate over head. Fun workout with Michael and Emily joining me.
