Rest Day
Had my first foot message. What I mean is a deep tissue message to my entire body, done with feet! A Japanese technique that was different.
Sorry I missed Mon & Tue WOD posts, so here they are: Monday 7a Class WOD: CrossFit Total - 1 rep max of Back Squat, Shoulder Press, and Dead Lift. My weights were all PR's! at 405#, 210#, and 455# respectively, for a 1,070# CFT. Tuesday 10a Class WOD: 3 rounds for time 1000 meter row and an 800 meter run. My time was 26:39! OhYeah!
