Day 74 Dropping 100 | Throwback Thursday

It's always good to look back at memories that make you feel on top of the world.  What makes you feel on top of the world?

Maybe it was a big victory over your state rival where you carried your coach on your shoulders after the game, like I did 30 years ago.


Maybe it's training the son of the former heavy weight boxing champion of the world!


Maybe it was enjoying an incredible meal, like I did this week for lunch!  My on top of the world meal this week is Fresh N Fit's "Shrimp Scampi" from their Low Carb meal plan....Who knew getting fit tasted so good? I did!
