Day 47 - Michael's 365 Challenge

5:30 AM Class - After warm-up, WOD: 7 sets of 1 rep max Over Head Squat, then as many rounds as you can get of 7 Burpees and 7 Wall Balls (20#) in 7 minutes. Post Max Weight and Total Rounds.
