Day 27 - Michael's 365 Challenge

PJ worked out at 9:30 AM and completed with Scott as my partner:




50m walking lunges*
50 dumbbell push press (50# Dumbbells)
50m broad jumps*
50 knees to elbows
50m walking lunges*
50 dumbbell sumo dead left high pull (50# Dumbbells)
50m broad jumps*
30 burpees
50m walking lunges*
*Each person completes the lunges and broad jumps (both members may work at the same time). Team cannot move to next exercise until both members are done. Other exercises are split between both members.
