7:00 AM Class WOD:

Teams of 2, one partner working, switch partners every 30 seconds:

17 Ring Dips,

76 Pull Ups,

17 Double Unders,

76 Abmat Situps,

17 HSPU,

76 SDHP (65#),

17 Burpees,

76 Thrusters (65#), Then worked in the yard all day, then walked 8 miles in the evening to celebrate my 8th week weigh in.
