“CrossFit Total” Back squat, 1 rep, Shoulder Press, 1 rep, Deadlift, 1 rep - Wasn't feeling very strong due to lack of sleep; here's my total: 345 Squat, 185 Press, 415 Deadlift = 945 pounds total
