9:30 AM Class - WOD: 50 x Lunges, 25 x 45# DB push press, 50 x Lunges, 25 x 20# Wall balls, 50 x Lunges, 25 x 75# SDLHP, 50 Broad jumps, 25 Burpees, 50 x Lunges. My time was 21 minutes.

CrossFit PTC reached a new first today 84 year old Ernest and his wife did today's WOD! It was amazing. CrossFit truly is scalable and for all ages from kids to the elderly. We all play this sport of fitness at each of our own fitness levels, but with the same intensity and the same WOD and the same result - optimized health. CrossFit gives you the best return on your sweat equity than any other health program, believe it!

This video is a 3 rep PR for me on Hang Power Cleans. Poor technique, but I am gradually getting stronger and stronger. Enjoy.
