Paleo Challenge Day 2

He sends you abundant showers, both autumn and spring rains, as before.” Joel 2:23 NIV 5:30a class Tabata Bottom to Bottom Squats. 20 sec of work, 10 sec rest in bottom squat position, after 8 rounds, go run a mile. Record lowest number of Squats in any of the eight rounds and your mile time. My min rep number was 10 and my mile time was 12:49. 8:30a Breakfast - 4 oz Boarshead Golden Classic Chicken Slices from the Publix Deli, 2/3 of a green bell pepper, a Nectarine, 3 fish oil pills, 2 gummy multivitamins, 1 baby aspirin, 1 vitamin D, 16 oz H20. 11:30a Lunch - 6 oz Salmon, 2 eggs, 1/3 green bell pepper, salad w/ oil& vinegar, handful of walnuts, 2 carrots, an apple and 40 oz H20. 9:45p Dinner - 3 oz Maple glazed grilled chicken, 2 cups steamed broccoli, 1 cup of chamomile tea w/ 3/4 tsp of honey, 8 oz H20, 1 banana.
