Paleo Challenge Day 9

Go straight to pull-ups after bench president with no rest between exercises. You can rest between rounds. Record max reps for each exercise for each round and then total reps. My weight was 255# and my reps were (bp/pu) 7-22,4-15,5-15,4-12,3-12 total reps = 99! 7:45a Breakfast - 3 HBE, a nectarine, 3 fish oil pills, 2 gummy bear multivitamins, a vitamin D, a baby aspirin, 40 oz H20 1:00p Lunch - 2 cups salad with olive oil and mustard dressing, 6 oz tuna, a banana, 40 oz H20 6:00p Dinner - MOE'S overachiever in bowl with 3 oz chicken, guacamole, lettuce, pico, cucumbers, black olives, onions, solantra, and a lime, 8 oz H20
