5:30 Class WOD: Shoulder Press 3-3-3, then 5K run. My weights were 135, 155, 175 and my time was a comfortable 32:13. I was running slower than I normally would, as Yezmin was running her first 5K and it was like 30F and pitch black dark, so I ran with her to help her make her first 5K. I'm so proud of her. Good Job Yezmin!
