I traveled recently for work and attended the 6:30pm Class less than a mile jog from my hotel in down town Los Angeles, CA USA at CrossFit Mean Streets. WOD was "Helen" 3 rounds for time: 400M run, 21 KB Swings - 53#, and 12 Pull-ups. My time was 12:01.
